3M Colour is a crew of primarily European-background tradespeople — professionally trained in Europe and again in North America. We bring old-world craft standards and modern GTA build practices to every residential and commercial project we touch.
Our story
Two continents of craft.
Most of our crew came up through European apprenticeships — the kind where a painter, tiler or carpenter spends years under a master before they're trusted with a finished surface. That foundation came with us to Canada, where we re-trained and certified to North American codes and standards.
You'll spot us on site in classic European workwear — work trousers with top suspenders, clean shirts, leather tool belts. It's a uniform, but it's also a mindset: show up sharp, protect the space, finish the job. One project manager, one quote, one coordinated team out of West End Toronto.
